28 Weeks

 Hola Amigos, 

I am now 28 weeks and officially in my third trimester! This is going to be a short post but I wanted to celebrate the fact that I only have approximately 12 weeks left! Where is the time going? 

I have started to begin the nesting phase which is both a blessing and a curse haha. I have also started to see rapid growth in my belly which is both really weird but also pretty cool. Both breathing and bending down to get things off of the floor have been more challenging. Heartburn is coming in hot but I have been working on finding some interesting methods to getting rid of it. 

The baby is currently around the size of an eggplant weighing in at close to 2.25 pounds and around 15 inches long. They are super active, usually at night and early in the morning. They love when they hear Adam talking or singing and will move a bunch but usually stop moving the second he touches my stomach. I wonder if they can sense that someone is touching my belly?
